Delete your account

Request permanent deletion of your Multi Player account and all associated cloud data — your viewer profiles, favourites, watch history and continue-watching.

What deletion removes

Once verified, we permanently delete or irreversibly anonymise:

  • your account and profile details;
  • your viewer profiles;
  • your favourites, watch history, continue-watching and recently-played;
  • your stored preferences and any stored playlist source credentials.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. You can also delete your account from within the App under account settings.
